The 45 Moab Easter Jeep Safari is not planned until April 16, 2011, but even this early, Jeep is already giving us a look at what to expect when the start of the annual event in just over a week.
The annual tradition for Chrysler Jeep and Mopar aftermarket company has become an unmissable event for Jeep and Mopar fans alike. This year the event will have six new concepts, including the monstrous and imposing Jeep Wrangler Blue Crush.

In what Jeep describes as a monster off-road, which combines “high-speed off-road racing and rock-crawling ability, powertrain Wrangler Blue Crush is nothing but a little bird tweeting. Sitting under the hood of the SUV is a Mopar 426 cubic inch Hemi V8 rated at 540 horsepower and mated to a transmission and a performance 545RFE gear transfer case.

Besides the engine and lumbering powerful performance capabilities, Blue Crush also boasts a baja style cage full, dampers, aluminum short, a special off-road suspension with shocks internal movement, a front stabilizer bar, power steering, complete and in case you have not noticed yet, a set of 39 “tires that are as imposing as they are useful to allow off-road vehicle to navigate rocky and irregular. There is absolutely nothing original about this beautiful and bestial off-roader. The Jeep Wrangler Blue Crush means serious business.
